Terms of Service

GTHR (“we”, “our”, “the service”) is a group-scheduling helper accessed by SMS. You add our phone number to a group text, tell us what you want to schedule, and we DM each participant individually to find a time that works.

By using GTHR you agree:

• You are 13 years of age or older.
• You will only add to a group thread phone numbers belonging to people who reasonably expect to coordinate plans with you.
• You will not use GTHR to send unsolicited promotional messages or anything illegal, harassing, or abusive.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for information.

GTHR is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The service relies on third-party SMS carriers and may be unavailable, delayed, or filtered at their discretion. Do not rely on GTHR for time-critical or safety-critical scheduling.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTHR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
